Not all people are interested in all map objects. Some aren't interested at bus stops ... others not at contours and so on. The object filter allows to remove unwanted objects from the map. This can make a (vector) map easier to read.

hello fzk. This is not currently possible to implement. But we have secret sub-project in progress that will allow something similar you want, so please be patient. Hope that during 2Q, in worst case 3Q/2013 this will be available

Has any info. about this shorter form been posted before (and i just missed it)?
If this project includes own icons, it would be nice to have a selection for the icons.
Colors and sizes for example.

SVG with custom size and colorchange directly inside locus would be killerfeature. :)
all icons in vector maps in internal Locus themes are already in SVG ;)
