What I'm missing in the display is similar to distance to destination a value distance from start. To my knowledge this value isn't available for dashboards.

No, I don't mean that. If I only follow a previously constructed track I do not only want to see how far it is to the destination but also how far away I'm already from the start.

Ok, I try to explain once again:
I have a track which I use for guiding or navigation. At a certain point on the track there is a distance from start (missing!) and a distance to destination (available and displayed in gynta's dashboard).
I just want to have this distance from start.
Clear now?
Totally clear but that one is not yet available in the Dashboard Editor under the section Guiding.
@Menion: Will value "distance from start" make it into one of the next versions?
