Hi,
Follow these steps.
1.OSM map of your area you want to covert (e.g. //http://www.geofabrik.de/)
2.Install osmosis and mapsforge map-writer plugin //http://code.google.com/p/mapsforge/downloads/list
//http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmosis/Detailed_Usage#Plugin_Tasks
3. Convert OSM map to mapsforge *.map format
//http://code.google.com/p/mapsforge/wiki/GettingStartedMapWriter
4. Copy converted map into Locus/mapsVector directory
