Title: Locus vector map management
Post by: dreamteam on April 17, 2012, 12:52:34

Hi

I have a problem that on the locus vector map management site the major screen area is blocked by the information window

How can I disable it to see the different maps I have with their full name?

Best regards

The view in your illustration is appropriate for when the phone is held in Landscape view.
In this case, the Overview is always open and cannot be closed.

If you switch to Portrait view, The overview window must be opened manually,
when it is open it fills the entire screen,
and may be closed by clicking the Back button on the bottom of your phone.

Hi
many thanks for your feedback.

On my end it is not working as you are describing it.

Once I am pressing the button to select the maps the overview is already there and is blocking the screen.

When I use the return button than I am closing locus and not only the overview screen

A dedicated closing button within the overview screen would be helpful.

What version of Locus you are using?
In portrait mode the HTC Sensation should also display the map(i)nfo in full screen mode.
not half 'n half.. like my shots on SGG2
weird :?

yes this is very weird. Locus decide how to display this screens on simple rule.

Is device tablet 3.0 or higher or is current screen width > 800px, display dual screen, otherwise display single screen. So your phone should display dual screen (if I found that resolution is 960 x 540) only in landscape mode.

Is this happen to you everytime?

ah, this explain everything ... 1280x800 resolution! So even on portrait, you have 800px :) Fine, I'll update it to next version ...
