Hello, I have installed Android 4.0 -x86 on my Asus EEE PC 1000. Does Locus run on this environment? Please help me.

Have you tried it?
Conversating in a forum could last longer than simply install the free version of Locus ;-)

correct. There should not be any serious issue, only some c++ parts should cause troubles. You'll see and let us know ;)
