Title: SQL errors
Post by: DJjuice on April 03, 2026, 10:25:14
Hi!
I have an SD card with Locus installed. I copied everything to my Nexus and installed Locus as before. But Locus won't start, and I'm getting SQL errors.
I've moved this SD card several times and never seen this before.
What could be the cause? TIA

Hello,
from my experience, this sometimes happens because of invalid permissions set automatically during the copy operation.

Solution? Restoring database data over the backup tool. Seems you are skilled so suggest simply starting the app with no data, creating a backup of "points/tracks db" over the internal "Backup manager". It is a plain zip, so you may simply change empty databases with your own and restore this data again over the "Backup manager".

Hope this helps. Also, checking the validity of the databases over any SQLite manager tool may be worth it.
