I use Locus Classic on two different phones.
On both the dashboard is not working.
I tried it many times, different version, self created and the ones that are pre setted in the app, always the same behaviour:
When I start to move the bike, the Locus App is running, I got no speed, no distance, even not a change in the battery status.
But when I switch off the screen, manually or forced by the app, the avreage speed, the last Battery status, the last height and so on is shown. Then with screen on is still frozen, noch change, but when I swich on and off the display the same is happening as written above...
I have no clue what is wrong I hope someone can help me...

and the values in the recording panel, widget or any other place where you see current recorded values, are changing?
I dont know what recording values are...
Go in edit mode for the problem dashboard and there you can see the values that should be shown. See more functions/dashboard editor.

okay now I understand what you mean.
No, nothing is changing.
As I told you, all values are not changing, only if I switch off the display I got a "refresh"...
Go in the dashboard editor and make a simple test dashboard that should always work. With one value only. Like the height (höhe). Choose it and tell us what happens.

I cant do it anymore if I choose a field for the dashboard value it is not shwon anymore. I can only write a text, this is shown but not the value like "time". I dont know why a few days ago I could do it, now it is not working anymore...

Ok found the mistake why I could not create a dashboard, I had to save it and then open again and then it is shown. I was sure the first dashboards I did was shown immediately, strange...Now I followed your suggestion, created an easy dashboard with only one value, the time.
The first pic shows that the time is frozen. The phone time is 13:53, the blue time on the dashboard is still 13:51
the second screenshot is after switching off the display and on again.
Now the time is refreshed ahd it shows the same time then the phone.
And this is with EVERY VALUE I choose...

Ok, good job. I did the same and here the time updates every minute.
I then added "satellites all" to this dashboard and the numbers for active and total seen satellites seem to update about every 3 seconds.
I think we need @menion here to help. Cannot imagine any setting that influences this.
What phone make and model and Android version are you using?

I tried with 4 different phones
Huawei P30 pro
Blackview N6000
Doogee S 41
Crosscall M5
With all phones the same.
My procedure was:
Go to
-more functions
-dashboard editor
-new dashboard
Name: Test 1
-ok
-push the field in the high left corner
select source: current time
edit: size 34
go to three points in the rigt corner: save as
save as test 1
go back to_ more options
chose: dashboard
chose: test 1
Now the dashboard appears as shown in my screenshot
The time is shown in the left corner, but will not refreshed.
Same is happening with ALL phones and ALL values...

No it was the version 3.70.1
I think it was the version that I downloaded that caused the problems.
Meanwhile I installed Locus 4 silver instead and everything seems fine. The dashboard is working ok.
It takes time to learn how this Locus App works but it is worth the time... Best app so far I used in navigation...
