Title: lost gps afer 40km speed
Post by: xSENSORx on February 16, 2025, 14:39:57
Hello,
I´m using Locus Clasics on Samsung Note 8 paired with Locus Tizen compation. On bigger MTB rides it starts losing GPS after about 40km. Then it is complete mess, only rarely records GPS location.
Have anybody met such a behaviour?

You can activate the NMEA recording in Locus and look what location information is arriving from Android.
For further analysis an Add-on specialist needs to step in.

Yes, this issue can happen due to overheating, battery optimization, or memory limits. Try disabling battery optimization for Locus and check GPS settings. Restarting the watch during long rides may also help.
