If I open OSM Maps, there is only some error that is unreadable... instead of a map.
I made a video, as this is much easier as describing it in text.

It is only Openptmap that is not working. Other OSM maps which are available via the Locus store display OK.
The Openptmap website at http://openptmap.org isn't working, so this is not a Locus fault.
It's same to the other osm maps you see in my video (e.g. German OSM map etc.). None of them work
Just test a map from Openandromap. With me they go.
Like @freischneider I strongly recommend OAM maps.
However, for me using Locus classic, Openptmap from Locus store does not work but German OSM and Transport map do.
Thanks for the report regarding OpenPtMap.
Also based on their web sites: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Openptmap, there is an info: OpenPtMap no longer exists and it seems to be abandoned.
We will remove this map in the next app version.
I was not able to fix it till now.
Removed any OSM card and re-installed it, without success.
So locus map become useless to me.
Any hints, what exactly to do to fix it?
Which version do you have?
Where are your maps stored ?
Which Android version ?
Where have you saved Locus.
OK, got it now.
It shows, that you are able to save hours and days of searching for a solution if you got a readable error-message!
In a special zoom and position of the map I was able to read the message:
Settings > Online Maps > only cached maps
Looked at this, and disabled this option. Now it works again.
So big wish to the Dev team: make sure messages in the map are readable.
If you speak about the color of texts in the dark mode, you are correct. Thanks, will be fixed in the next version.
