Title: Getting rid of error message Can't select the map
Post by: C2hudl on March 28, 2023, 16:38:31
Hi after an unsuccesful attempt to load an OpenAndro map I now get the error message shown below/attached. How can I get rid of it? My phone wouldn't handle the Germany map but was happy to load the 3 part maps north Germany, mid Germany and south Germany.

Are there artifacts from the full Germany map in the folder where the successful three ones (N and S already overlap, so the middle part is redundant, I think)? Then delete them on Android level and restart Locus (at start Locus does check for maps existence).
If you are lucky, the Locus map manager can handle rthat without above, if it has the full Germany still in its list and you can delete it from inside Locus map manager.

I appreciate there are overlaps on the 3 part german maps but the problem was getting rid of the error from the failed Germany map. I thought I had deleted them all  at the android level, but there were some other copies lurking another folder causing the problem. Thanks for the advice, problem now solved
