Title: Sending GPS data to Livetrack24.Com
Post by: Gomario on April 27, 2021, 19:32:49
LiveTrack24.Com is a de-facto standard application page, for recording and displaying live tracks. Sadly Locus maps does not seem to support it. Any news regarding the implementation of data synchronization to https://livetrack24.com ?

Hi,
as I see, there exists no idea to support LiveTrack24 web service on our main help.locusmap.eu web.

Anyway, app supports custom live tracking in case of public API of the required service. So if LiveTrack24 is open for 3rd party trackers, it should be possible to use Locus Map as well. Anyone experience with it?

Hello,
I'm not sure what you expect. Locus Map does not have any direct integration for 3rd live-tracking trackers, but offer an option to use custom trackers on your own. More about it here (https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:live_tracking#custom_live_tracking). You wrote that LiveTrack24 already has an API, so this should be correct solution.
