Title: Buying Pro version (multiple devices)

I have never bought an app before. Is bought app being paired with certain device or a Google account? What if I have same Google account on my phone and tablet? Will both devices get Pro version?

Yes, one price for all, but you have to install it twice. It will not be installed automatically.

Any device you own can use it :-)

to be a bit more accurate:
All Android devices sharing the same google account can install the paid version.
