Title: Import points via kmz, attached photos can not be shown
Post by: ta-ka on February 18, 2014, 12:38:34
I'm transferring points with photos from device A to device B by exporting a kmz file on device A and importing (or only display) it on device B.
It seems that if kmz file name contains multi-byte characters, Locus fails to locate the path to the photo.
Could you please test attached sample kmz file and fix the problem?

sorry, bad news. For me it works ...

I have to say, that I'm still not much satisfied with current system. Imported point has link to photo only in description and attachments tab is empty. This should be done better ...

Thank you for prompt test and reply.

I see... only me...  :'(
Well, as an adhoc solution, I'll change kmz file name using only ascii characters.

Yes. I also noticed that. I hope someday it will be improved.

By the way, when KMZ file is exported, Locus says "Export to *.kml finished!"
My detail report as usual ;)
