please increase the period of time between first and second tap a little bit.

double click needed for exit has already set maximum time between clicks on 2 seconds! I don't think it's needed to increase this time. Why you need this? As I see on your video, you have a lot of time between clicks.
And a visible green popup is visible also 2 seconds, but it takes a while till it appear and dissapear (animation), so it take a little longer ...

ah understand, so issue is synchornization :). So I choose most simple solution for me and increased time from 2, to 2.5 second :)
