I couldn't find way how to edit it/delete so I created how waypoint but I think this ability should be available.

Hi, this is the wax I do it:
1. goto Menu where you have the overview of the aditional waypoints (and where you add one)
2. click the one you like to change (the checkbox only says whether it is displayed on map)
3. click the tools symbol
4. choose edit
5. click the pencil
6. choose a method of getting coordinates (choose "coordinates" to edit the numbers)

At the end a confirmation should appear that the process was successful.
