Hi,

1. I've disabled my Wifi and 3G, but why is it that whenever I open Locus apps I get a message saying that "Network is enabled"?

2. How could I disable this green circle?

It's likely to come from Google knowing your latest lcoation via Wifi.
You can get rid of the green circle by disabling "My location" in the GPS screen of Locus (behind the orange symbol in the top panel of your Locus screen).
