I've downloaded vector maps, and locus free works offline

but the search and navigation don't work offline.

Do i need a database ? how can i find or made it ?

These features are not available.
Regarding vector maps locus is dependent on the progress of the mapsforge project which doesn't support these features in the current version 0.3.0

Ok,
is it the same problem with all the type of maps ?

For the phone number, i am french so it's a wrong number because you can't use it

lotognr, nowhere is written that locus have offline search or navigation. Everywhere is written that it allow only Online navigation. As Tommi wrote. These features are actually depend on progress of MapsForge. Mainly offline navigation!
