I appreciate very the new GPS button (green when signal received). But I still have a question:
what is the use of the "GPS activated" button?
with my HTC Desire S, this button do nou turn the GPS hardware on. I have to turn it on/off separatly in parameters. So why this additional button

because it allow you quickly change GPS on/off state in locus without need to search settings in system. Also you can use GPS in any other application and use locus only for map viewing without need to use gps. If you want to have GPS enabled everytime you start Locus, check settings, there is this option (anyway this also do not affect system GPS settings)
