I am using Losuc Pro 2.18.0 and found the following problem:
My geocaching settings are:
Always log offline --> checked
Create field note --> unchecked
Pre-fill field notes --> unchecked
Found count --> 434
Use time zone --> checked
When I now log a geocache as "found" the "Found count" stays at 434.
It is only incresed by 1, if i check "Pre-fill field notes". But I do not want to use that feature.
Is this a bug or a feature?
Don't know why, but I have exactly this in code - update counter only if it's
a) new log
b) type of log is "found"
c) prefill is enabled
Thanks, this problem has to be in locus for a few years :). If anyone find why exists condition c), let me know. I'm removing it now and it will work as expected in next version. Thank you!
Well, if not used in "pre-fill" then find count is "just a number".
But if you change it, nothing should go wrong for those, who use pre-fill.
IMHO in Locus the find counter is only interesting for the prefill function. The most important find counter is at ground speak website. ;D
More serious:
Maybe in future we can correlate both find numbers with live API?

Upps, I changed this number long time ago. Since there the number increased automatically with each find and I have forgotten this nice feature.
Sorry for my stupid note. >:D
Is there a possibility to add this feature to Live API function too?

it's quite new (ability to load count from web)¨, so it's not weird you do not know it
And add it to "Live API" - I think, this is so tiny feature and used so rarely, that it's not needed
