Hi,

I've been trying to find a theme that will show on-road cycleways (cycle lanes, preferred routes, etc) in a similar way to OpenCycleMap.

I've tried all the built in themes, plus the themes from this forum and from openandromaps, and I've tried offline maps downloaded from the Locus store and from Openandromaps. All of these show dedicated off-road cycle paths or shared cycle/pedestrian paths, but none of them show on-road bicycle routes.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a theme I can use, or do I need to customise one?

So far the online OpenCycleMap raster map is the only map I can find that shows on-road lanes here in Australia.

Thanks.

I´m not sure what you mean.
Can you please give us an example? Perhaps a screenshot from theme and one from OpenCycleMap?

I guess he meant something like this:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/54.40277/18.56620&layers=C
Switch to bicycle view ^

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. I'm looking for a theme that shows the on-road cycleway features such as "cycleway=lane" and "cycleway=shared_lane".

An example from OpenCycleMap from my local area is here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/-37.7879/144.9381&layers=C  (streets with on-road cycle lanes have a blue border/boundary)

Thanks

ok, like this? It´s the OAM (Australia NSW VIC)
But it´s not  "cycleway=lane" and "cycleway=shared_lane". It´s only k="network" v="rcn".

Well that's what I'm already using. It shows only the major cycling paths. I'm looking for something that will show the cycle lanes too. Is that possible with oam maps?

I got it.
I will implement it into VScale2_OCM theme, but I want to check it once...
