Is there a way you can put all the points in a folder by some sort-order so you don't have to do a free-text-search each time? That would save some tapping time.

How you did this? . Start and end locations are identical?@Menion I was experimenting with https://forum.locusmap.eu/index.php?topic=8701.msg74100#msg74100 checking #steps to navigate on a tablet. There is no GPS signal. Just desk exercise. The steps were as per my post. It is quite possible the Start and end locations were close, certainly on the same screen. But I have tried to reproduce without luck. I guess if that is an issue a more user friendly error could be displayed though.
Quote from: Menion on December 18, 2023, 08:20:27Error during sync > hmm, incident ID is required here. Could you reduce the font size a little so the ID will be visible? How to reduce font size just of that one error screen? There was no incident ID I could scroll or drag up from bottom. That screen capture is the whole tablet screen with default Android font heights.
Quote from: preferlocus on December 18, 2023, 08:16:33I refer to last stored method for reaching the point (car/bike/etc - I always use car).@preferlocus - I selected the Fast car first time, then for each further navigation the Fast car was still selected. Is this different for you? It's hard to imagine how the # steps could be reduced for an ad-hoc list of points except to have all points in a single ordered folder rather than needing a free-text search.
Quote from: Tapio on December 16, 2023, 07:57:36Hi, in the Locus news I have seen there's a fancy startup animation. Not here. Is the startup supposed to look like mine?@tapio - animation only on devices where Android version >= X.
Quote from: Menion on December 04, 2023, 15:11:09Does this weird layout happen on your Samsung Tab A7 in portrait orientation?@menion - yes, that screen capture is from the tablet in portrait orientation. It has only happened recently.
Quote from: Tapio on December 02, 2023, 08:06:36I will look at it. What I instantly see is, Karl draws two lines, left and right from roads@Tapio - no, it's more complex for this bridge. Those are two completely separate/ individually mapped cycleways/ footpaths on each side of the bridge. Yes OSM has the provision/ shortcut for showing footpaths alongside a road, but this bridge is not mapped in OSM like that.
