hmm Geocaching Live service is independent on system you use (or it's problems)

when you start Locus and tap on Geocaching Live, what do you see? If you never used this feature or you reset settings of Locus, this should immediately start your Android web browser and allow you to login to geocaching.com pages. Is this happening to you? If not what you see?

what you see when you tap on Geocaching Live function? If you're not logged, you should see at bottom button login that show web browser with login page on geocaching.com. I just tried this now, and login works for me correctly

[English - sorry]
CRC32: reported log do not contain any informations that should help with resolving issue. Problem may be cause by memory limits. Best is to check next Locus version (during next week in GP) and in case of remaining troubles, record longer log with CatLog program, thanks

News & Hints / WhereYouGo (published as GPL)
April 07, 2012, 18:44:02
Hello,

because of a lack of time for WhereYouGo, I just published it as an OpenSource project (GPL v3). So future updates depend if someone will take care about it

also some issues may be published on new project site http://code.google.com/p/android-whereyougo/

regards

fine so nothing to do on my side. I was just curious because many people here talk about some missing "centering" function :)

topic closed

you write "still"? I'm also confuse :)

so better: when you tap kn "tools" icon in list of offljne maps, there is nothing like "center" because online maps don't have this feature. and i'm asking if should be interesting for you, to add ability to center also for online maps.

for offline maps, center place is computed from bounding box defined in map itself. in online maps this is not possible so "center" places should be defined manually in locus

i personally use same method as tommi wrote (find correct place on another map) or by centering on own POI, but this should be interesting for someone also ...

:) same question. Snow, nothing changed in "centering" of maps. If you're looking for centering of online maps, this never was there

this brings another question. Should be interesting for you, for some maps (the one that have added some special red "area" description) add also possibility to center? This should not be complicated, just manually find some good places for maps that I'll define in locus

this behavior is similar to "Show view" ... I just need to have GPS enabled to show some lines for you. When GPS is off, from where should I draw orange line? From map center? It doesn't have sense because map center should be anywhere ... so GPS On is minimal condition for orange line. GPS On + movement is condition for red line (your real movement)

you're welcome :)
