a little flaw in this GPS screen:
as long as I have no fix there is almost always shown a precision/accuracy  >0 m.

Another small issue:
after each update of locus and first opening "maps" always online tab is selected, althought in my case an offline map is loaded.

Yes, here too. It is a little annoying because of mobile plan.

@tramp20: weird. Please firstly check Locus Store, if your profile in Store menu, is correctly loaded.

After looking into the store (it showed my correct profile) the summer maps are shown again :-)

If I remember I had almost the same problem with an earlier beta update and you gave the same tip (I forgot it as usual).
Perhaps you could write some lines of code to do this automatically :-)

Edit: I have to look into the store on every phone (real and virtual) to see the summer maps again.

We talking about an OA online subscription (99 LoCoins/Month) or a purchased OA offline map area?
because online it works.

There is a difference between the normal OA map and the summer/winter maps!
The normal OA maps are displayed on- and offline.
Online summer map is not allowed without paying so you you can not look at it.

Only my payed and downloaded summer maps are empty since the latest Locus beta version.

@tramp20: do you see some text on map tiles or really just blank tile without text? Are you on correct place where map should be visible?

I see nothing on all ZL, only my self made home-POI (on all my phones).
Of course I am on the correct place, all other maps are correct shown. With all betas before the OA summer was shown (as in Locus pro).




Do need a catlog from startinf Locus?

BETA version 3.10.3.6 with some smaller updates and fixes.

A new bug:
All maps (vector and raster) are shown correct but OutdoorActice Summer not: only some POIs are shown on a blank screen.
This happens on all of my (real and virtual) phones.

PS: My older OA maps (downloaded last year) are shown correct too.

is it possible to add a legend to the different layers (colors of the shown tracks)?
Alpstein should have this info somewhere.

Guys, if map in zoom 15 has more then 100 MB, then one same map in zoom 17 will be at least 1600 MB, single map!

So that's you who has set this limit?
At least the ZL should go to 16

if i download 2 maps side by side
- do they touch at ZL10 and i have a gap at ZL 15?
or
- do they overlap at ZL 10 and touch at ZL15 ?

I have downloaded 4 maps and I see no gaps in all ZL 10-15.

I need two maps for my little village :-)

The main disadvantage are IMHO the layers: it looks terrible.

About usage maps on different device: check if you have in Locus Store enabled exactly same account you used for purchase.

Yes, I have only one account and I controlled this: on all phones the same LoCoins value is shown.

On my Bluestacks phone free and pro asked now for access to my Google account and now the Alpstein map is shown.

On my second smartphone the map is now shown too after several clicks to the store and my account without a message.

So perhaps all is ok then.

Now the main post to the new OutdoorActive maps:

1. Choice and download is (for me) perfect as all your programming work :-)
2. As mentioned 2 posts before I am not happy with the zoom level 10-15 as my already downloaded maps have 9-17.
3.The card layer are completely unusable: I assume Alpstein has automatically generated the MTB and hiking themes because they make absolute no sense (I looked at several locations near my village or my main MTB tracks).
3 The Alpstein summer maps have the same state as my old ones.

So I am really disappointed (not with your work!) but with these expensive Alpstein maps. I have to download 6-8 maps for my region but this is not worth of.

Nevertheless thank you for your work.

I don't know if this is a Locus or a outdoor map problem:
I have downloaded yesterday one map on my Sony Z1c and copied this database to my second phone and to Bluestacks.
On the Z1c I can see this map in Locus pro and free.
On my second phone I see this map only in Locus pro, but not in Locus free: I get there "Zugriff verweigert".
On Bluestacks  the map does not show in Locus pro but in Locus free.

I have no clue where to search.

I too, my already downloaded maps (1-2 years ago with 10.000 tiles/day) have 9-17, the new maps only 10-15. That is really bad.
But I will write in another post my opinion/remarks.

Now we (I) have to verify and compare experiences and test results from other users.
slow server, slow server scripts, slow connection on my side, slow connection on your side,...
If I have any news - I will post it here...
