How to remove (i) circle on map?

How do I remove that information circle on the map?

install newes locus version
next, inside settings/ misc you will find  switch to deactivate these infos

I upgraded to Locus Pro 3.23.1, unselected "show news and infos", restarted, rebooted, and the circle is still there. That's a bug.

click on the circle, next click on "3 horizontal lines" below
now the circle is gone

I don't see horizontal lines below. But after I clicked on the trash icon in the news, the circle is gone.
