[CURSORS] Red Cursors
« on: May 14, 2012, 20:20:32 »
Hi,

I played a bit with cursors and created a red one based cursors_scinkk_basic_orange but with a small  change for movement cursor.
It works for me with SGS2.

Place the cursors_RED.zip to Locusiconscursors and choose it in Settings/Maps-Objects & .../ Maps Cursors

Maybe that it is not correct (to large or to small) for all Phones so let me know.

Update v2 from 2012/05/26

Hmm, I just downloaded it to my tablet and it works well. Where did you place the zip file? And did you change map cursor not navigation cursor?

Thanks for reply.  :D
I configured it out, because I was looking at most for a better visible "movement cursor" while cycling in the sun.

And what are Navigation cursors and where can I find new ones? What is the difference between Navigation cursors and Map cursors?

please look here viewforum.php?f=42 for [NAV] (cursors) .
gynta created some nice cursors for car, bicycle etc. For navigation I use stanadard cursors. (because I donĀ“t use navigation very often  :) )

The Download was ok but now there is another problem.

http://support.locusmap.eu/hc/en-us/articles/200222842 the guide says me I have to copy it to locus/icons ..unzipped.

I dont find ...to activat it

"you may simply select icons for folder in Folder Add/edit dialog or in Edit dialog for points (simply tap on point and choose edit from sub-menu)"

???????

THIS topic -> CURSORS!
your linked topic -> Icons For Points & Tracks Folders
You mixed "icon" and "cursor"
