I now see it. Seems it doesn't always happen! If GPS is off beforehand, it works correctly: it adds the target as #2, takes time to turn on GPS, then adds gps pos as the starting position.

Menion, I noticed in User saved points Locus does nor show seconds (which internally exist). Other than with trackpoints or embedded waypoints. Please display, may be interesting for analysis.

Main menu has "All features..." and can be configured.

@Tapio - working OK for me.
I noticed, after Locus start, the map content panel will always show "Nothing to display" - until I apply a vector map again (directly or via a preset). After Locus restart it will again say "Nothing to display".  No real problem because in fact the map is shown.

Share the gpx track ?
Relevant? It's a planned track.

Map/theme display, anyone? I've seen that quite often with the latest version. Idk yet when it happens.

An hour for 23 km of hiking is optimistic. Router is BRouter classic. I just use a profile for shortest ways because I decide where to go (locus-reroute.brf), strange estimation because of the profile?

BTW after "Recalculate all" it displays all navigation commands.

Quote from: Graf Geo on March 29, 2024, 11:33:44I can't confirm this. No problems when adding a photo to a point. Works as always.
Works now as well. A temporary hiccup, idk.

Quote from: Graf Geo on March 28, 2024, 21:16:43I think it's about attached photos for points.
Ah OK, I don't use them. But I noticed adding an attachment (jpg file) to a point doesn't work.
I hope Menion still considers showing a bigger preview, as discussed, for geotagged photo display.

Thx - "Completely new image gallery" - where?

Menion, one thing to consider. If navigation is already active and we press the "Navigate" button in sidebar, the current ui makes no sense I guess. I think it should start the route editor in "re-route" mode (like when you click re-route on a track). Or stop nav, idk.

Also dislike a countdown. IMO everything (point menu, sidebar command) need a quick and a careful planning NAVTO.

My ideal Locus would offer this:

Point menu:
a) Navigate to (plan in background. start nav directly!)
b) Plan navigation to...(Start route planner with pre-set endpoint, maybe gps starting point)

IMO here in Menions layout the difference between navto and plan nav to is too small.

Sidebar, a new command:
a) Navigate to screen center. Again, no intermediate planner. Start at GPS, turn it on.
b) Just the normal Route planner. Because "plan navigation" is just that + a button in route planner to start nav.

Zunächst: Von wo kommst Du - aus dem Punktmenü oder rufst Du "Navigate to" aus der Seitenleiste auf? 100% zufrieden bin ich auch noch nicht.

Quote from: Graf Geo on March 22, 2024, 13:35:262. Navigate to (as it currently works)
3. Plan route to
IMO there's no difference between 2 and 3 which justifies another menu entry. Would be rather confusing.
