ah, OK, thanks for info, I'll check it ...

EDIT: hmm, may you please check and write, where exactly this works and where not

mainly small dialogs when you call "Search" function. I'm using many techniques and have to find which one exactly cause this issue

Hmm it have to be some issue of MIUI. I'm using light skin in whole application except settings screen (only android below 3.0). So you probably see correctly texts in settings but not in rest of application right?

if you can create just some small ... then perfect. If not, 100MB will not be problem. Some web service? Hellshare, maybe one czech service http://leteckaposta.cz/ - very useful for files up to around 150MB. Thanks ...

I'll gladly check it, but I need some sample map with this issue. It's weird because I was almost sure then UTM should work correctly but seems not ...

yes it looks ... on Xoom is default android looks (it's 4.0.3 version but 3.2 looks same), you have GUI modified by Samsung. And seems that's modified a lot ...

hmm I'm playing with it a little and seems that this function needs quite a lot memory. More then I expect to take. Anyway I cannot find source of issue for now so I really suggest (not just for this function but also to whole speed of app) to use just waypoints you need.

Best is to center map on place where you want to some "hunt" then go to points manager screen of category with your caches and on bottom select fourth button and sort points by distance. And now, second button and enable just first X points! Then using of "Show all waypoints" function will be much faster ;)

about deleting (hiding) you're correct. When hide, waypoints remain, when delete, they're removed correctly. Sorry, fixed now ...

Troubles & Questions / Re: Last line text select
January 30, 2012, 08:10:45
it's really possible? ... (after a while) hmm nice :) don't even know this is possible. For me, it's also possible to select last line. I'm worried there's not much I can do with this. It's a WebView component completely handled by system. If there is not possible to move cursor to last line, it's also probably issue of your android version

hmm when I start google earth, it show around 150MB in memory

when I load your map, it shows around 370MB ...

your map is really nice but is also really huge (KMZ file have 90MB). Don't know how other programs handle KMZ files, but as Google Earth, also a Locus loads all data at once. Unfortunately for this file it's not possible. I suggest to convert this file to some usable map format. Mapc2mapc support converting KMZ to some SQLite map format so you may try (I didn't test it, just hear somewhere)

Troubles & Questions / Re: GUI: Textcolor
January 30, 2012, 07:58:16
hmm understand ...

for this I see two solutions

1) set color on labels to some black, dark gray, permanently
 + always visible
 + no more unnecessary settings
 - no possibility to change (is this really problem)
2) as you wrote, add another settings for background
+ .. possibility to more customization
 - another settings
 - have to play a while with it till you find best combination

so If there will be no more then 5 votes for second solution, I'll do first one :)

hmm this is really stupid. Every company that create phones/tablets change GUI in their way. Left panel is generated automatically and sizes are defined by style builded in tablet. On Xoom it looks correct ...

is left panel at least scrollable? If so, then this is just a cosmetic issue ...

tap on cache, first button and you're on geocache main screen. Here, second button at bottom panel

or shortcut > tap on cache, first button but long-click here

or waypoints of all visible caches > menu > functions > geocaching tools
