can´t add a new trainingsprofil
only a blue button appeares without + and no function


EDIT: creating one is possible, but no more

for me it work with ES-dateiexplorer and android standartexplorer

Tried it with Total Conmander

with TC for me was set Osmand to open .gpx, reset data in Osmand didn´t help.
So i open TC > menue/Konfigurieren/Interne Verknüpfung/.gpx > locus pro

I have created overlays with different settings inside MAPC2MAPC and one calibrated inside locus for comparison.
e.g."50Calw3" means, downloaded .jp2 "rescaled 50%" and "JPEG quality 3"
For me with this setting sharpness and file size is a good result, but decide by yourself.


Run rumsey_collection.kmz
mark "index map" on left side in GE, > available maps are visible,
left mouse click on rectangle you are interested,
next click link "Download georeferenced version...."

Map covers ~27X37 Km, size ~7,5MB
Note: if you rename file don´t use special characters !

MAPC2MAPC preparation:
Edit/Preferences and Settings/
-   Output tab > JPEG Quality "e.g. 3"
-   Garmin tab > disable "Transparent KMZ"
-   
Create overlay/map:

1.   File/Load Calibrated Map >x.jp2
2.   select "mercator" >OK
3.   Edit/Rescale Map/e.g. 50 > OK
4.   File/Write Garmin Custom Map (KMZ)   or
Write Map for Mobile device/Locus/Rmaps/sqlite.db

Note: copy map overlay.kmz to Locus/mapItems and map.sqlite to Locus maps

in opening browser window select map > "export", > "extra large" and download image.

Run historischekarten.kmz inside GE:
mark "Rahmen" on left side in GE, > available maps are visible,
open "Karten" with "+",
open "alphabetisch" with "+",
mark e.g. "Bamberg" now this map is loaded inside GE.
Right mouse click on "Bamberg"/Properties and copy link.
Open this link with your browser, right mouse click on image/save graphic


Calibrate this image inside Locus
menu/More functions/MAPTOOLS/Image map calibration

Since V 3.14.0 you can use kmz-files as overlay and set transparency of this,
so you´re able to compare e.g. building development or course of a river.

I am really astonished how precisely maps are drawn hundred years ago without any GPS and PC.

And same icons for "same function" - not exactly. Function in popup always loads all waypoints

for me behavior "popup always loads all waypoints" is identically to "WPT tab"

what´s the difference of this file?

i have had identicaly issue, so just an idea
take a look at menu/more/OpenStreetMap Notes and uncheck both checkboxes if checked

"Import" option for items in "Items" tab - do not understand what is a problem

for me it is export, see attached screencast, i export this track/POI to trackfolder

and one new task:
crossed-out eye work different, inside item tab it work fine
sec 20 >  remove
sec 25 > all removed, also green label
with  crossed-out eye button from sidepanel green label exist furthermore, see
sec 40 >remove with sidepanel button
sec43 > items are removed but green button is displayed furthermore

but i didn´t understand why icon size 50% influence sharpness of compass arrow

So best should be for now, remove "Import" option from top toolbar.

no answer, nothing changed

After update of the last 3 testversions on first start of testversion locus fc. On further starts of locus all work fine.
So this for your info, it´s not a problem for me, but irritating if this also happen in puplished version for "normal" user

After login to GD with 2-step verification i´m able to enter GD for use

Following behavior i notice multible times:
after a long time (over night/date changes ??) i didn´t  use GD, i get "unauthorised" window
- click on hook > red warning message
- click on 3-dot button > logout
and again login with 2-step verification to use GD

Just updated, compass is still very large, as in reply #35.

item kml/kmz described problems are solved

new challenge see attached screencast:
- sec 18 > both items are clickable
- sec 23 > i hide one, but both are hidden and furthermore clickable
- sec 35 > i hid both, one is furthermore clickable

"Import" inside item tab, half year ago we dicussed with no result , so i try it again

- "import" with top right 3-dot button end inside poi or track tab and not inside item tab....
how schould user import a kml/kmz to item tab?
