Ok ich seh schon - du hast von onlinekarten gesprochen - ich von offline, vectorkarten :roll:
Mein Fehler.
Das mit den "access blocked" ist ein anderes thema - es finden sich genügend beiträge darüber.
Oru: schau ich mir einmal an. interessiert mich jetz mal.
Bilder hochladen: Keine Ahnung noch nie probiert.

Zeig doch bitte je einen screenshot (1xorux, 1x locus) von den selben koordinaten - mit der selben Vergrößerungsstufe - mit der selben Vectorkarte. Da wird kein Unterschied sein - vermute ich mal leichtfertig

Ich vermute Orux macht nichts anderes, als daß was Locus ebenfalls kann:
Den Vectrorzoom sperren und den Screenausschnitt vergößern.
Sieh dir das in Locus an:

# deaktiviere die zoomsperre (symbol mit lupe+vorhangschloss)
# wähle deinen kartenausschnitt und zoome mit + -
  => die karte wird immer neu aufgebaut (die schrift bleibt klein)

# aktiviere die zoomsperre
# zoome mit + -
 => die karte wird nicht neu aufgebaut sondern nur der screen vergrößert oder verkleinert

Meines Wissens nach, wird die Textgröße beim generieren der Karte mittels configfiles bestimmt.
Locus hat darauf keinen Einfluß.
Ich behelfe mir damit, in dem ich: Einstellungen ->Allg. -> "zoomsperre merken" aktiviert habe.
(die letzt verwendete screenzoomstufe merkt sich locus dann)
Wenn ich etwas nicht lesen kann, switche ich mit der zoomsperre nur einmal rein und raus.
klingt jetzt verwirrend - aber das hat man schnell im griff

PS.:
Mit der Einstellung "Textgröße auf Karte" verstellst du nur die Titelgröße der POIs,...

I need only one distance indicator that tells me I'm here - and just 200 meters from the target.

I think the second distance indicator is more confusing than helpful.
Why this is needed?

Die von dir beschriebene Taste kehrt selektiert und unselektiert um.
Im Falle, das du vorher alles selektiert hattest, ist es die schnellste Lösung gewesen
Tip: Wenn du lange auf den Tasten verweilst, erhältst du einen Funktionshinweis.

There is an default entry, called "Point"
Plz set this to "".
Reason: It's annoying to delete this word befor i can label my POI
(And an empty box is already checked prior to leaving.)

Hab leider nichts mit geocachen am Hut, aber für mehr Übersicht bei POIs benutze ich die Einstellung "POI Gruppierung aktivieren".
Alle POIs deaktivieren kannst du mit Menü -> Daten-Punkte//POI-> Kategorie -> Hakensymbol -> Alle abwählen.
Keine Ahnung ob das auch für die gc gilt...

I add some hills and mountains as POIs and pick also the altitude button.
The POIs have wrong altitudeinformations now.
In the Settings i found a adjustment for altitude - but it doesnt work.
Corrects this only the GPS signal?

Wie man sieht, ist der locusdownload a)älter - und b)viel größer...

Ich hab zwar schon gesehen, daß die Koordinaten etwas anders sind , hab aber nicht bedacht, daß schon einige mehr an Infos mit dabei ist. Ein ganzes Stück von Bayern ist da ja auch noch drauf - aber was soll's - damit muss ich leben  :lol:
