Troubles & Questions / Naming waypoints
December 30, 2020, 16:32:44
Hello,
I want to make a route with waypoints, but I cannot name them: 1, 2, 3 4, etc ... is there a possibility?
Thank you.

Hello,
I created my maps with Mobac and I save them in RMAP, because I also have a Twonav GPS and I use their CompeGPSLand mapping software that uses this type of map.
The RMAP format is recognized by Locus without any problem.

Hello,
I would like to have the possibility in the settings to change the name of the POIs and the photos I'm saving, for the moment, it's the date and the time, I would like to add for example a number which classifies me the waypoints in the order, for example 01_xxxx_2019-10-23 09:12:56, the following, 02_xxxx ........
Same with the photos I take when recording a waypoint.
Is it possible ?
Thank you.

The maps "personal" that I had on my memory card no longer work when I go into the directory, Locus no longer find the cards, yet they are good, they are RMAP and Oruxmap Why?
Thank you.

I found, you must disable the "GPS on/off ......

For a future version, is it possible to change the option to change the update interval of GPS (time in seconds for a new position) to be able to 1 second instead of 10 seconds by default ?
10 seconds too, GPS renews its position throughout the second.
I use a BT GPS so there is no consumption of the GPS on my smartphone.
Thank you.

Maps / Re: Use of PNG+MAP maps in Locus
July 25, 2012, 15:17:36
Thanks,
But it is the same as those of CompeGPS, because I tried to create a map with MAPC2MAPC "RMAP", and I could open it with the software CompeGPSLand without any problems. And yet my cards in CompeGPSLand "RMAP" (not RTMAP) does not open with Locus ....
It can also convert directly with Oruxmap MAPC2MAPC.

I found, Thanks !

I replied, in fact we need to export the saved tracks in GPX, it's simple but I did not have it coming .....

I read four maps that I created with CompeGPSLand in RMAP, but no more, I wanted to read others, Locus has not recognized, why mystery!
