Title: card storage problem
Post by: column on August 10, 2017, 09:23:34
Hello,

Got error after run pro version. I suppose Locus is not happy it can't write to storage. But my maps are too big to place to internal memory. How to solve this problem?

1) clean up your internal SD - only 4 MB left will cause problemes for sure
2) then install Locus with working directory on the internal SD
3) put the maps on your external SD (e.g. via USB connected PC or other means)
4) tell Locus where those additional maps are, via the map management function of Locus ("+" .. see manual/help function)

Hi,

in additon to point 3) and 4) from the post of michaelbechtold, here is the link how to put Locus data on external SD card (http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:use_sdcard_on_kitkat).
The solution mention in the link works perfect for me and my vectormaps.
